Heavy Duty Security Co. shall provide comprehensive support for the establishment, operation, administration, maintenance, migration, monitoring, analysis, and retirement of information systems, storage systems, network systems and security systems in locations worldwide for IT equipment currently within, or under consideration for procurement by VA, or other agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, systems that support end-to-end Fault, Configuration, Administration, Performance, and Security (FCAPS) aspects of managing a network.
