Service Description

Heavy Duty Security Co. shall provide services with respect to all aspects and life-cycle phases which includes, but are not limited to planning, programming, requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing, system integration testing, implementation, monitoring design, configuration and implementation, maintenance and updating of systems, applications, and/or services. This includes, but is not limited to healthcare and benefits information processing, payroll processing, financial management systems, decision support systems, and workflow management systems. Heavy Duty Security Co. shall be fully cognizant of the implications of the current VA strategic plans, initiatives and goals.
