Heavy Duty Security Co. shall operate, repair, and maintain systems, applications, and IT environments in support of applications and/or system components for various environments. Environments requiring O&M tasks may include pre-production, production, test, training, disaster recovery/fail over, or any other combination of IT accounts. O&M includes but is not limited to, preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance, activities to retain or restore systems (such as testing, measurements, replacements, and adjustments), and other routine work required to maintain and/or enhance IT systems.
